Case #3090
Breast Augmentation
This 35-year old mother of two was unhappy about the loss of volume and shape in her breasts after breast feeding. She had been a 34C before kids and now was a 32A. She is 5’5 and 116lbs. She felt that they looked old because they were sagging and looked deflated. She came to me to discuss her options for change.
During her consultation we discussed her options. Since her skin still had elasticity, and she was looking for more volume to enhance her breasts, we came to the conclusion that breast augmentation would be the best course of action.
During the surgery I placed a 400 cc saline breast implant through inframammary fold incisions. The patient was very pleased with her results and felt virtually no pain after the surgery except for some initial tightness of her chest. She looks great in a D cup and feels like her breasts fit her body more than before.
