Liposuction
This 33 year old, 5’1, 110lb woman felt that after child birth, her body had gone through major change. She was referred to Dr. Ellen Mahony, by a close friend. She was unhappy about the appearance of her breasts and the excess weight pockets around her abdomen, hips, and thighs after pregnancy. She wanted to learn more about a Mommy Makeover.
During the consultation process Dr. Mahony listened to her concerns and the goals that this patient was wanting to achieve with cosmetic surgery, Together they decided on breast augmentation and liposuction of the abdomen, hips, inner and outer thighs.
2,525 cc of fat was removed. The breast augmentation included 300cc saline implants in the sub muscular position, using imframammary fold incisions. She went from a 34B to 32D bra and is now a size 0!
After her surgery this patient was so happy to have her mommy makeover and her pre-pregnancy body back, but now she felt that it was better then ever!
