Breast Augmentation
This young lady (23 yo, 5’2”, 122 lbs, G0P0, 34A) was just sick and tired of bathing suits that never really fit right. You know what I mean… the bottom is fine but the top just slides all over the place and even worse, flips up over your head when you jump in the water?! So totally annoying. This year she put off the search for the bathing suit and instead, went on the search for a board certified plastic surgeon. Of course she was hoping to find someone in her area but location was less important to her than the quality of the surgeon and if possible, she preferred a woman. She just thought that a woman would be more comfortable to speak with about such personal matter.
Breast Augmentation had been on her mind for a while. She liked the idea of gaining a greater proportion between her chest, waist and hips. She didn’t have big hips but it “looked” that way due to her smaller chest. Dr. Mahony knew exactly how she felt and was super sensitive to her concerns. They discussed implant surgery and tried on a variety of implants to see which size best balanced her shape without being too large or top heavy. Her surgery was done as an outpatient. She has an inframammary fold incisions with submuscular placement of the implant. She kept up with her post operative massaging which helped keep the implants soft and assist in positioning. Last time we saw her, only a few months after surgery, she was buying very sexy swim suits for her shapely 34C body!
