Case #3069
Breast Augmentation
This 31-year old mother of two was embarrassed with what the damage of having children did to her figure. She was 5’4, 115lbs and a 34 A. Her two pregnancies left her breasts deflated and lax. She also suffered from slight asymmetry of the breasts and wanted to get that corrected. She came to me looking for an answer.
During her consultation we discussed the possibility of a mastopexy (breast lift), but for this patient it was important to get more volume so breast augmentation fit her goals best. She was very nervous at first, but after discussing the procedure she became more comfortable.
During her outpatient procedure, I inserted 240cc saline implants through inframmary incisions. This restored her shape and volume and gave her proportion.
This patient was grateful for the time taken to make her comfortable and she ended up looking great and feeling even better as a 34B.
