Our ALMI course in Boston on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018 was a great success. Dr. Mahony and her team enjoyed meeting all of the students who were very engaged and interested in the ALMI procedures demonstrated. Participants learned about the latest advances in bio-cellular techniques for treating a multitude of medical and aesthetic applications with platelet-rich plasma (PRP), Adipose-Derived Tissue Stromal Vascular Fraction (AD-tSVF), and stem/stromal cells in clinical practice.
Attendees were presented with an overview of current scientific and clinical experience using the current techniques and protocols for various applications. Featuring state-of-the-art techniques and technologies for PRP and Adipose-Derived stem/stromal cell preparation along with bio-cellular enrichment with PRP. Following a scientific presentation, attendees observed live patient demonstrations of closed syringe fat harvest, emulsification, and demonstration of PRP preparation for use to create biocellular treatment modalities.
