Absolutely love my results! Pdo threads were inserted into my face to help with minor sagging jowl and wanted more jawline definition. I’m 42 and now look 32. I also received a lip flip and lip fillers and I love the way it was done! Highly recommend.

At 61, I'd given up my dream of having breast reduction surgery, something I had thought about for years. I'd given birth to 3 daughters, nursed all 3, and found that over time the weight of my breasts grew while gravity was not my friend. On a recent day I went clothes shopping and found, as usual, nothing fit me. I was tired of struggling with my wardrobe as well as the constant back/neck/shoulder pain. Instead of thinking 61 was "too old" to consider the surgery, I started to think "why not at 61?" I knew that i wanted a woman surgeon and my search yielded a short list of competent women in our area. I liked Dr Mahony's before and after photos and scheduled a consultation. Dr. Mahony was lovely, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain the procedure. I felt confident enough after this first meeting to schedule my surgery for 3-1/2 weeks from that date and pay my deposit to lock in the date. At a pre-op appointment, photos were taken and everything was explained in detail. Of note, all of Dr Mahony's staff are consummate professionals, all so kind and excited for me. Surgery day arrived and I found myself equal parts excited and anxious. When Dr. Mahony came into the room that morning to see me, she was calm and reassuring, helping to quell my nerves and just reaffirming that i was in the best of hands. As she painstakingly drew on me (she is a perfectionist), pre surgery, she looked into my eyes and said, "this surgery is going to be life changing for you." And it was. The surgery and recovery is not an easy one but I came through it and even from day one, bruised and swollen, I could see the perfection of Dr. Mahony's work. Each weekly follow up appointment showed more progress and I was able to return to work in 3 weeks. My clothes fit better and my constant back pain is gone. I am so happy I finally decided to have this surgery and so happy that I chose Dr. Mahony as my surgeon. She is the best!
